Awards and Recognition flow continuously as a direct result of the dedicated hard work put in by the KIK team. KIK was the recipient of the Presidential Export Awards for its outstanding performance in Exports, of Electrical and Electronic sector in 2005. KIK was also awarded the Silver Award in recognition of its Export performances in year 2005 by the National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka along with many more awards.
KIK received the Presidential Export Award for outstanding export performance in the non-traditional products and service category reaffirming its status as a market leader locally.
Our Visionary Leader Mr. Lalith Kahatapitiya received the “Sri Lanka Entrepreneur of the Year/ Gold” award validating his continues contribution towards country’s Economic, Business and Social segments.
KIK achieved the Bronze Award in the Medium Industries category from “Ceylon National Chamber of Industries” for maintaining industry excellence.

KIK and its Strategic leader was endorsed yet again by “Sri Lanka Chamber of Small Industries”, awarding the Platinum “Industrial Excellence Award” for bringing recognition to Sri Lanka in Electrical Engineering sector.
The Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL) is a signatory to the Washington Accord (WA) and is a member of the International Professional Engineers Agreement, IPEA (formally known as the Engineers Mobility Forum – EMF), which are two internationally recognized agreements.
